To
setup your new E-mail account on your computer,
use
mail.domainname.com
as your incoming and outgoing server. This is a pop3
account if asked. In some cases (SBC/ATT&T) you will leave
your out going server as originally setup. For e-mail
setup phone assistance, call 510-276-9902.
To
access your email online
(“web access”), go to
www.domainname.com/webmail.
Login with
name@domainnam.com
and use your same e-mail password.

An
‘Easy Admin’ control panel has been setup for your
account. From this control panel, you can add and change
email accounts, add e-mail auto responders, adjust anti
spam settings, add mailing list, view your website stats
and much, much more. You can also shut down your website
from here, so tread carefully and don’t hesitate to call
for help at 510-276-9902.

password
Please
do NOT change this login info. If you do, we will not be
able to assist you. You MAY and are encourage to change
your e-mail pass words from here. Remember that if you
change the e-mail password, you’ll need to update your
computer too.
FAQ’s-
For
Easy Admin control panel help, click on the “?” for short
help windows or give us a call. If when trying to view
your stats, you are asked for another name/pass word, use
the same one again.
